Raccoon breeding season is here and the population of raccoons is growing in Burbank.. Raccoons come to the city looking for food, water and shelter. Besides the never ending supply of food and water, there’s plenty of attics in Burbank for a raccoon to choose from. Raccoons are very strong and destructive animals. They may look cute but are mean and carry disease such as round worm which is harmful to people and pets in the city of Burbank. When a raccoon is looking for a place to make it’s home, it is common for them to choose a attic of a home. If there is no attic, then they will often make a nest in your soffits or in the wall of a home. In the late winter the raccoons will begin breeding. This is when the trouble starts for the citizens of Burbank. The female raccoon will choose 2 or 3 places to have her babies. She does this so if one place becomes dangerous she already has another spot to move them to. The nesting spot has to be warm, dry and safe from predators, what better place then your attic of your home in Burbank! Keeping your tree branches trimmed and away from your house will help a lot. Raccoons are excellent climbers. Once they are able to get on your roof, the raccoon will rip a hole in your roof to get into your attic. Don’t be fooled they are not just playing up there! Raccoons are strong and can rip off the shingles on your roof! Another common place they like to break in is your soffits of your home in Burbank. Once the female has given birth, she will raise her babies in your attic for about the next 6 months. Raccoons will move your insulation around and urinate and poop all over causing your attic to stink. Our company will remove the raccoons from your attic and replace your insulation and disinfect and deodorize. So if you discover you have a animal in your attic in Burbank, chances are it’s a raccoon. Don’t wait call us today and we will get the problem resolved before the damage becomes worse. If you have a Raccoon in your attic, call us today and get a free price quote over the phone from a Raccoon Removal professional!

Raccoon Problems Long Beach – Anaheim
Call us to resolve your raccoon problems in Long Beach and Anaheim!

Raccoons are causing problems in all cities of Los Angeles including Long Beach and Anaheim. Raccoon problems are becoming more common in Anaheim and Long Beach, California. I’m going to provide you with information on raccoon behavior to help you understand why raccoons cause problems for the citizens of Long Beach and Anaheim.
Raccoons Digging Up My Lawn
If you live in Long Beach or Anaheim and notice that something is digging up your grass, you are not alone. When other food sources are not available to a raccoon they will dig for worms or insects they like to eat. This is a common problem every year in the fall. The baby raccoons have grown and are almost the size of the mother by this time. The mother raccoon is showing her teen age babies how to find food. This is going to cause more destruction to your lawn because now you have more than one raccoon digging up your grass. When this is happening to you, you need to call a professional raccoon trapper to trap and remove the raccoons. Raccoons are stubborn and will keep coming back as long as there is something to eat causing further damage to your lawn in Long Beach and Anaheim. Give us a call and our raccoon trapper will put a stop to this problem within a couple of days.
Raccoons Eating Koi Fish
I get calls from Long Beach and Anaheim all the time with this raccoon problem. Raccoons are eating Koi Fish from ponds, which is surprisingly normal raccoon behavior. Raccoons eat fish, shell fish, and small birds and rodents, as well as fruits that have fallen from trees. It leads me to believe that the raccoons eating Koi fish have come in from the more wild areas of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Raccoons born and raised in the urban areas are well versed at obtaining meals from dumpsters and dog food bowls left out for peoples pets. Another reason could be that raccoons need water to swallow food. The masked bandito was once believed to be a cleaner animal than most because it always washes its food. In reality, it doesnt produce enough saliva to help its food get to the stomach, so, being the resourceful guy he is, he finds water to help him along. While it washes its meal, it may notice the fish moving in the water, and return nightly to do a little fishing. Fact is, that the raccoon is costing you alot of money eating your koi fish, and you need him gone, no matter why he was there.
Raccoon on roof in Los Angeles
Raccoon on my Roof
We get calls every day from Long Beach and Anaheim about raccoons on roofs. If there is something a raccoon can climb to get on your roof, they will find it. Raccoons love to climb and are very good at it. Keeping you trees trimmed away from your house is a good idea. Raccoons will lift up your shingles to get at insects that live under them. Spiders are a common insect that live under your shingles. Raccoons like to eat spiders and other insects related to them. A pregnant mother raccoon will climb on your roof looking for a place to break in so she can have her babies in your attic. Once she can smell the air coming from your attic she knows she doesn’t have far to go. Raccoons are strong and will destroy shingles or soffits to get into your attic. If you see a raccoon on your roof in Long Beach or Anaheim, this is a good time to call a professional trapper and have the animal removed before the situation gets worse.
Raccoon in Attic
If you are hearing noises in your attic in Long Beach or Anaheim, chances are it’s a raccoon. Raccoons like a safe dark place to sleep during the day. Raccoons are nocturnal so they sleep all day. That’s why you will hear the noises in the attic usually early morning and evening when they are leaving to go eat and drink and before it gets light outside in the morning. Sunlight hurts the raccoons eyes so they like to be back to their den before the sun comes up. Female raccoons will give birth in the early spring so they will choose 2 or 3 places to have their babies. This way if one place becomes unsafe she already has another place to go. Raccoons will cause damage to your wiring and insulation when they have made a home in your attic. They also will make their own little toilet up there. Raccoon poop not only does it stink but is toxic to you and your family. Raccoon feces carries round worm. Humans and pets can contract this worm. This is why it’s important to call a professional to get the raccoons removed as soon as possible. Our company will remove the animal and the waste it left behind. We will also disinfect and deodorize and replace your insulation if needed.
We also provide removal of Skunks, Bats, Snakes, Opossums, Wild Cats, Coyotes and Rodents!

Raccoon trappers had a good year last year. The fur market has shifted due to the cold weather in Russia. Chinese garment makers are snatching up Raccoon Fur all over the United States. Fur buyers drive panel trucks and pick ups all over buying fur from raccoon trappers who have spent all winter honoring the age old tradition of raccoon trapping. Even Danial Boone had a raccoon skin cap! He was a raccoon trapper too.
From there the raccoon trappers furs go to a big auction house where the Chinese sort of dominate the room. They have the cheep labor to produce the garments that the Russians need to stay warm. I am not exaggerating when I say that NOTHING is as comfortable and warm as real fur! There are organisations who succeeded in ruining the fur market here in the United States, but I dont think the europeans will fall for there line of c#$p. They know what they like and dont much care what people think . I personally dont have the time needed to trap raccoons any more for the fur. I get the raccoons out with live traps and one way doors. The only raccoon trapping I do now is when raccoons get inside houses, and make nests in attic spaces. Sometimes a raccoon walking on a roof is the target, or a raccoon eating Koi fish or digging the lawn at someones home. This is happening everywhere including ALL CITIES of Los Angeles and the city of Long beach, Anaheim, Torrance and Beverly Hills.
My crew traps more than Raccoons! As a matter of fact, we trap almost anything that isnt protected. Skunks, Bats, Squirrels, Turtles, Muskrats, Rabbits, Coyotes, Fox, Beaver, Woodchucks, and Snakes are all on the top of the list for us here! We are open seven days a week. I grew up as a Raccoon Trapper in Wisconsin Rapids and caught my first one when I was 9 years old. I trapped several hundred raccoons for the fur until I was 18 and the fur market crashed. I went into the service and continued trapping and snaring different animals in lots of different countries. I was released from the service in San Diego in 1995 and started trapping raccoons again in 2000. But this was a new way of trapping for me. I was used to trapping with snares and foothold traps, but those are dangerous in the city, so I used cage traps, and I took a liking to the catch and release way of doing business. Now I train Raccoon trappers all over the country. I have offices in San Diego, Los Angeles, St. Augustine, St Louis, Sacramento, Madison, Milwaukee, La Crosse, Green Bay, Minocqua, Cedar Falls, Brooklyn, Queens, Phoenix, Orange County and now I live in Wisconsin Rapids again, and will take a raccoon trapping job anywhere in Wisconsin. Sorry we do not rent traps. If you trap a animal yourself you cannot relocate that animal unless you let it go on your own property. It is against the law to relocate animals unless you are a licensed trapper. We relocate animals seven days a week call us today!

How they found there way, and why they chose your house is a little more complicated. Tree branches are a good place to start. Keep them trimmed away from your home, and the animals have no ladder to get there. But that wont stop a gutter climbing raccoon. In the back of the big picture, a raccoon probably ripped the chimney cap off, like it was just some branches in his way. They dont get the name little grizzley bear for nothing! They are destructive and strong animals..
Raccoon climbing to roof
Stop feeding things around your house! Dog food is a biggie, and so are sources of water. But bird feeders are a good one and so are garbage cans. So we gotta eliminate food sources.
Get a wildlife professional out to fix the issue. They will get the raccoon to move her babies and install a heavy duty chimney cap. One that even a pregnant raccoon cant budge!

Raccoon leaving an attic
Over the past 12 years Ive seen lots of scenarios played out. There was the lady who called about snakes who actually had an irrigation line with air in it, causing the hissing sound. And the folks who had something in back of there beach house, which turned out to be a homeless guy. What about the German woman who called about a bird trapped in a vent and was chirping. I could hear it on the phone chirping, but it sounded more like an alert on a smoke detector telling her to change the battery. I told her that, but she insisted I come rescue the bird. I showed up and did an inspection with camera equipment, and showed her the pictures. No bird…. now lets replace that battery shall we?
But when I get to a home in Los Angeles with Baby raccoons in the attic, There’s no mistaking it. I can actually smell raccoons in an attic. I also can smell snakes, bats, and smell the difference between a red squirrel, or a grey squirrel if they have lived there inside the attic long enough.
Most clients with a nest of baby raccoons inside there attic meet me at my truck with open arms. Makes me feel good to be wanted. But behind the open arms are red baggy eyes! some haven’t slept in days, and are wishing for immediate relief! Its possible to do, but chances are, we are going to have to do whats called an eviction, and at nightfall, the mother will carry the babies to another location. Its a win- win all around for you and the raccoon. No need to feel like you hired a proxy executioner, because we use a soft hand to get raccoons out in Los Angeles!
